North Shore Autumn Wedding | Two Harbors, MN | Kellee + Lee

Kellee and Lee have so much joy in their souls.

Kellee told me one of her most important things is dancing, and this did not disappoint. Not only did her and Lee have a surprise choreographed section of their first dance, but there were surprise dances in the mother-son dance too. Plus a guest led flash mob – that was a surprise to Kellee + Lee! There was also a Koenig-Brown family dance-off, judged by an official judge (it was a tie of course).

They were looking forward to having a fall festival themed wedding, and they succeeded – with fall desserts, a mini pumpkin patch, lights everywhere, fall foliage, benches, apple cider, everything. It looked like an outdoor festival in the pavilion.

Despite the gloomy rain, the wedding party had an awesome time taking photographs, with so much energy and love for the couple. Kellee + Lee embraced the rain with some fun umbrella images too, with a cameo of their dog.

The officiant gave an amazing sermon, interacting with the guests and speaking on the couple’s love of running – of which the families ran a 5k the morning of the wedding! All of the guests also lit candles in unity with the couple during the ceremony.

There was a live painter present at the ceremony painting from the back of the church – the painting was finished at the reception to be taken home at the end of the night!

And these are just a few of the stories to tell.
